As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work within a team to coordinate, maintain, and manage general office duties along with helping to recruit and onboard new employees. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist with tracking and managing the hiring pipeline.
  • Process weekly payroll and personnel change notices.
  • Add and update information into the plant’s Kronos timekeeping system.
  • Compile, create, and distribute the monthly employee newsletter.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Safety Committee.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned (customer service reporting, benefit open enrollment, copying, filing, etc)  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • High energy with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new things and adapt
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note)
