The ideal candidate must be a fresh graduate (or in their final year), have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a curiosity for learning new software and software licensing. 

 

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales desired

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Successfully communicate with contacts via the phone on a daily basis.
  • Ability and willingness to execute over 50 calls per day and dedicate an estimated of 2 hours on the phone daily
  • Identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential lead, including need, budget, timeframe, and authority.
  • Profile customers and correctly document in appropriate tools
  • Generate new leads for Microsoft solutions

 

Required Skills:

  • Proven good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, capacity/commitment to learn about Microsoft products for sales purposes.
  • Commanding desire to learn and succeed in sales
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Follow all N3 Information Security policies and processes as required per the job function/role of this position
