About the Role 

  • Focus on customer retention and upselling
  • Managing the full sales-cycle with warm leads/existing customers and progressing pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Understanding a customer’s needs and effectively communicating how will meet those needs
  • Presenting to VP, C-Suite executives and navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization (typically known entities in Account Manager role)

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer success or sales role (SaaS Preferred)
  • English speaking skills are important for this role due to the nature of business.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business
  • Experience with solution selling i.e., challenger, QBS (Question Based Selling) or MEDDIC methodologies
  • Ability to succeed in a high velocity sales environment
