N3, now part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join us in our growth. The role is responsible for driving Google Digital Inside Sales (DIS) revenue goals set by the executive team within Asia Pacific and leads the sales process. This Senior Director of Sales works with multiple departments to ensure sales proposals meet N3’s as well as Accenture’s financial and service standards.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is a former Senior level consultant at a top 10 consultancy (Accenture, Bain, BCG, McKinsey) working within the firm’s technology practice or a senior sales leader in an digital ad sales environment. The Candidate currently has responsibility for both managing delivery of sold business, and for selling in additional projects at the same client. The Candidate desires a more entrepreneurial environment where he/she can drive longer term impact vs. short term consulting services. The Candidate is financially driven and is equally comfortable managing people or being an individual contributor. The Candidate wants to be in sales and is not concerned that a sales role minimizes his/her strategic value. The Candidate has a “start-up” mindset and is willing to roll up his / her sleeves to support a fast growing, fast paced company with a very bright future.
