N3, now part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join us in our growth.  The role is responsible for driving Google Digital Inside Sales (DIS) revenue goals set by the executive team within Asia Pacific and leads the sales process. This Senior Director of Sales works with multiple departments to ensure sales proposals meet N3’s as well as Accenture’s financial and service standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close new sales and renewals for Google focused Digital Inside Sales (DIS) with Asia Pacific
  • Cultivate strong client relationships
  • Lead the sales process for Google DIS programs working with multiple internal departments to fully develop sales proposals
  • Set priorities and goals for the year aligned with the long-term strategy of the organization
  • As a leader, inspires employees to continue improving performance in the best interests of N3/DIS/Accenture and the customer
  • Establish and maintain a work environment and culture conducive to successful sales
  • Forecast revenue and potential sales for executives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Availability to travel (when it’s safe to do so)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language
  • Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to be successful in a leadership capacity
  • Understanding of the IT industry and partner/channel business models.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge about complex IT systems and products for marketing purposes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
  • Daily time management and the ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and ‘get it done’ mentality toward clients and coworkers

REQUIRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience working in IT services sales or sales outsourcing environment
  • Proven experience driving business results with aggressive targets
  • Specific languages may be required
  • Experience with Google either as a vendor or Google hire strongly preferred
  • Experience with Ad Sales industry is major plus.

IDEAL PROFILE:

The ideal candidate is a former Senior level consultant at a top 10 consultancy (Accenture, Bain, BCG, McKinsey) working within the firm’s technology practice or a senior sales leader in an digital ad sales environment.   The Candidate currently has responsibility for both managing delivery of sold business, and for selling in additional projects at the same client.  The Candidate desires a more entrepreneurial environment where he/she can drive longer term impact vs. short term consulting services.  The Candidate is financially driven and is equally comfortable managing people or being an individual contributor.  The Candidate wants to be in sales and is not concerned that a sales role minimizes his/her strategic value.  The Candidate has a “start-up” mindset and is willing to roll up his / her sleeves to support a fast growing, fast paced company with a very bright future.
