Partner Manager Tasks
Contact leads on prospect lists provided by Pinterest.
Identify decision maker and initiate jointly agreed sales process.
Identify Customer needs, goals and the opportunity for Pinterest offerings.
Present the Pinterest value proposition and seek to resolve Customer concerns.
Educate Customers on Pinterest processes, dashboard, products, and campaign setup
Seek to onboard, close sale, and set up Customer account in order to create the
possibility for success of the Customer’s Pinterest campaigns.
Partner Managers will also make every reasonable effort to:
· Upsell/cross-sell existing Pinterest Customers and activate new Pinterest
· Establish clear advertising goals with advertiser including entering campaign
goals (KPIs) associated with CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROI / ROAS (Return on
Investment / Return on Ad Spend), or CPC (Cost per Click), etc.
· Establish proper technical account set up.
· Gather and accurately input Customer and opportunity data into Salesforce.com
· (SFDC). A consistent joint effort between Accenture and Pinterest shall be made
weekly to ensure the SFDC hygiene and structure is properly maintained for
accurate reporting and records.
· Conduct lead generation (i.e. identifying new leads vs. reaching out to ones
offered by Pinterest), as needed, to augment their total workable leads as time
and effort allow. New prospects identified by Accenture must meet key
requirements as agreed with Pinterest (for example, Alexa rank; budget scope;
minimum unique monthly visitors; validated prospect status). Lead generation
activities requested will be reviewed jointly between Accenture and Pinterest to
ensure they match the skillset of the Partner Manager. Pinterest acknowledges
that where Accenture Personnel are required to perform lead generation
activities this may impact their ability to perform other activities set out in this
SOW. Pinterest shall cover any costs associated with database acquisition, paid
media campaigns and other costs associated with mutually-agreed lead
· Provide consistent feedback on the Partner Manager tasks and suggested best
practices to Pinterest.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least one year of experience in a target driven, customer-facing role (sales is preferred)
In depth, demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, including understanding of metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS.
Demonstrated experience using analytical approaches to solving business problems
Demonstrable ability to train and educate advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimize campaigns
Demonstrable ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan to use Pinterest’s platform & functionality to achieve our advertisers goals.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the client’s products and services
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
Proven experience in working toward quarterly goals, in a KPI driven environment.
Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finish level (C1) required
