The Senior Inside Opportunity Manager (SIOM) works with internal sales teams to conduct deep-dive discussions with end-customers regarding their technology environment. In this role you will apply prior technology experience, combined with technology domain and client product knowledge to drive end-customer conversations and presentations. The goal of these conversations is to amplify applicability of the N3 client product within the end-customer environment to demonstrate value. The SIOM may also be tasked with Pipeline Management functions, interacting with end-customer sellers to update statuses as deals move through the sales funnel.
In this role, discussions will include Discovery, Scoping, Pricing and Contract functions, among others, delivering follow-up notes and resources to the BDR or IOM, who in turn, provides these to the end customer.
This role is a critical piece of the N3 POD structure, supporting multiple BDRs.
Required Experience and knowledge:
Datacenter / Software / Integration / Cloud Architect experience.
Proven Technology and Product demonstration skills.
3-5 years telesales and/or inside sales experience in the IT industry.
Commanding desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
Strong interpersonal relationships as well as the ability to work directly with customers in any industry
Excellent client service skills
Experience, background and confidence to drive business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and end-customer workloads
Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, enabling the IOM to nurture the opportunity to close, engaging channel sellers / partners as needed.
Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working for the US Market
Advanced Level of English
Bilingual in Spanish
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Office 365.
Experience with CRM Software preferred.
Technical proficiency is required.
