3 or more years of experience in direct selling, preferably in online marketing and 2 or more years of people management experience.
Proven success in sales attainment in a quota-driven, high demand environment
Proven success leading others to help them achieve sales quotas.
Proven track record of executing tasks on time and successfully.
Highly motivated by the success of others.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the Client's products and services
Very strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google’s g suite and Salesforce or other CRM tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
Team player / collaborative operating style
Advanced level of English proficiency
