N3, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Jr Partner Lead.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new advertisers
Use an analytical approach to solving some of our advertisers toughest business problems
Train and educate advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimize campaigns
Identify and establish paths for agency and Customer escalations.
Seek to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections while accurately representing the Client' business, products, and services.
Educate customers on the Client's dashboard, products, and proper campaign setup and management.
Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.
Collect, accurately input, and maintain Customer and opportunity data into Client's tools which shall include Salesforce.com (SFDC) and those other established tools
Manage advertisers through the entire sales process from prospecting to activation
Native in Spanish
2 or more years of experience in direct selling, preferably in online marketing
Proven success in sales attainment in a quota-driven, high demand environment
Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the client’s products and services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google’s g suite and Salesforce or other CRM tools
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence
Advanced level of English proficiency
