Position Summary

The Corporate Trainer role is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics.  The person selected for this opportunity will design instructor led training courses, eLearning courses, create training resources, create exams, certifications, and work within the Learning Management System to achieve results.  The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business. The Trainer role is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics.  The person selected for this opportunity will design instructor led training courses, eLearning courses, create training resources, create exams, certifications, and work within the Learning Management System to achieve results.  The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to facilitate new hire training, performing training needs analysis, coaching, conducting performance evaluation of trainees
  • Collaborates with quality team to gather feedback and plan refresher trainings to help improve quality of service, tracks and manages CSAT due to training, presents training scores, highlights challenges due to attrition, and works closely with hiring to improve quality of hires
  • Required to send weekly training updates to client stakeholders, monitor agent transactions to stay updated with product/ process changes and make necessary updates to training material
  • Work closely with client and internal teams to develop new or update existing training content periodically
  • Have excellent understanding of same/similar workflow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3+ years of experience working in training or position of primary training is required
  • Experienced in delivering effective sales training curricula
  • English fluency required – Additional languages are a plus
  • Good to have: Google AdWords certification or strong working experience with it
  • Good to have: Experience with Digital Marketing or online advertising. Eg: Facebook marketing, Pinterest marketing etc
