Qualifier

 

Qualifier drives outbound calls using an identified target list of decision makers/influencers in a company to identify relevant sales leads and proper contact information.    A Qualifier role is an on-ramp role to becoming a BDR1 for those with High School equivalent, recent University graduates or individuals with no experience in Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activity – Executes structured multi-channel (phone, email) outreach cadence, high volume 80+ daily. 
  • Target audience – Targets predefined list of client or N3 sourced prospects, including decision influencers, limited business decision makers.
  • Messaging – Navigate through organizations and conduct research to identify and reach the person with decision making authority.
  • Deliverable – Meet regular quotas of calls and qualified leads.  Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to management.

 

Critical Competencies

  • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communications skills and use of professional business language.
  • Sales Skills – Consistently executes core messaging strategy.  Can navigate to decision makers and establish an initial rapport.
  • Industry Knowledge – Basic understanding target industry.
  • Busines Operations – Able to accurately document call outcomes/notes, and record qualification criteria.

 

Qualifications

  • Education – Minimum of High School or equivalent; recent University graduates.
  • Experience – <6 months experience Sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Languages – Business Proficiency in English is required.
  • Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems strongly preferred.

  • Adhere to all N3 Data Protection policies, standards, and procedures per your role. Take required continuing education courses in Data Protection at N3 for your role.
