Business Development Representative (BDR)


A BDR may execute multiple sales plays, managing different prospect sources (inbound, outbound, etc.) and aligning the right offering from a portfolio of products/solutions in order to fully qualify an opportunity and actively transfer it to the appropriate team for closing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Activity – Executes multi-channel outreach specific to prospect profile, high volume 70+ daily.
  • Target audience – Targets single or multiple contact lists, including inbound inquiries, existing customers, whitespace or other sources, and Decision Makers from multiple business units.
  • Messaging – Delivers multiple client/N3 defined reason to call talk tracks specific to prospect profile/source.
  • Product/Offering focus – Covers multiple offerings or full portfolio coverage.
  • Qualification/Sales Stage – 0-20%: Owns lead/opportunity generation, full BANT to BANT+ qualification.
  • Deliverable – Produces qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, Schedules follow-up with warm handoff.


Critical Compliances

  • Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communications skills and use of professional business language.
  • Sales Skills – Understands messaging strategy and capable of handling objections, probing for needs.
  • Industry Knowledge – Some knowledge of industry trends, able to discuss core value props of client solutions.
  • Busines Operations – Able to conduct warm handoff and provide seamless customer experience through ownership transfer.



  • Education – Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience – Two to four years Sales and/or marketing experience is required, industry sales highly preferred.
  • Languages – German level (C1) required.
  • Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems strongly preferred.
