As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and growing the next generation of program leaders. You will be given the autonomy you need to be successful while being provided a solid framework of systems and governance. Please read the details below to see if this role is a match for you.

  • Performance Management- Owns total program performance against sales targets/client success measures for a single program across a single geo.
  • Client Engagement- Leads client relationship management, drives optimization of GTM strategy, calibrates goal achievement expectations, provides strategic leadership, and seeks to grow scope of engagement over time.
  • Deliverables- Provides regular reports on achievement and ideas on optimization opportunities and is responsible for client invoicing.
  • People Management- Ensures support structure and resources from other departments are in place to enable consistent goal achievement; manages communication with 1-3 internal Sales leaders and a team of 0-45 FTEs.
  • Scope / Complexity- Analyzes problems and creates new solutions or adapt existing methods. Understands strategic direction. Requires some instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
