Partner Sales Specialist


Primary Objective

SMB Partner Sales executes the SMB/C Space GTM plan for a territory region focusing on pipeline by fully understanding opportunity (white space & wallet share) and engaging with focus partners (20-40) to drive customer demand in region. The SMB Partner Sales is responsible for the execution of demand generation activities primarily through the partner community with some Cisco-led engagement.

Activities

  • Identifies, develops and executes on partner-led demand generation activities in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Drives joint Cisco-Partner-Customer white space identification & engagement (Account Alignment).
  • Works with distribution & ecosystem partners to identify up (in coordination with DAMs) and coming partners who can drive the SMB/C Space business.
  • Follows-up on assigned leads with partners.
  • Adhere to all N3 Data Protection policies and processes per your role.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must think strategically about the business and identify a discrete set of activities which will have the maximum impact to the region through distribution and assigned partners.
  • Must have the ability to articulate and deliver business value to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong collaboration and influence skills with assigned regions, peers, partners and customers.
  • Sell and speak the Cisco language (tools, resources, acronyms, telling Cisco story).
  • French speaking skills are important for this role due to the nature of business.
