POSITION SUMMARY:

We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented professional to fill the position of Director of Service Partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, including effective communication, problem-solving abilities, excellent organization skills, and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. This strategic leadership role will focus on overseeing crucial sales support channels, including Retail B2C Sales Support and B2B Builder/Contract Business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail B2C Sales Support:

  • Lead and manage support functions for large national dealers (e.g., Best Buy, Home Depot) and regional dealers (e.g., Conns, PC Richard) selling Home Entertainment and Home Appliance products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales support efficiency, optimize processes and procedures, and enhance the overall customer and retail partner experience.
  • Take charge of major service contracts for various portions of the business with self-servicing dealers, negotiating in good faith on behalf of LG to sustain these crucial relationships. 

LG Builder Pro (B2B Builder/Contract Business):

  • Oversee programs supporting major national and regional builders involved in purchasing Home Appliance products for single and multi-family developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the unique needs of builder/contract business partners and tailor programs, accordingly, supporting the post-sale experience.
  • Drive initiatives to expand market share, strengthen relationships with builders, and capitalize on growth opportunities within the B2B segment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant years of work experience or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in field service, program management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and success.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry is highly desirable, providing a deep understanding of the industry dynamics and customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in program management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape, B2B business dynamics, and the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including retail partners, builders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute programs that align with business objectives, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
