The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Construction Administrator fluent in both Korean and English to oversee the chiller installation project at the SK-On EV Battery Factory Construction Site. The ideal candidate will coordinate various aspects of the project, communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders, and ensure the project progresses smoothly within the designated timeframe and budget.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and communicate construction progress and changes effectively.
  • Manage company delivery and construction progress, reporting to site and construction managers.
  • Complete and submit work permits as required.
  • Maintain safety logs, risk assessment data, and drawings/approval books.
  • Collect daily work plans and risk assessments during Toolbox Meetings.
  • Assist in reviewing specifications and drawings.
  • Learn and adhere to safety and rules and regulations.
  • Ensure client needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Be a LG brand ambassador.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual in English/Korean is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of construction-related experience preferred, HVAC experience is a plus.
  • 3 Basic engineering capabilities to understand specifications and drawings.
  • US work authorization required.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a construction environment.
  • Ability to travel to multiple active project sites as needed.

Base Salary 75,000- 100,000

In addition to the above, we believe that pay transparency is a key part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary ranges take into account many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skillset, experience, licensure, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. We consider geographic pay differentials in final offers.  Because we operate in many geographies and have many business units across the United States, where applicable, may not reflect the specific business or geography differential that will apply to the final offer.
