LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9 week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.

The internship will be based in office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program’s end. 

Responsibilities

• Direct Distribution Center (DDC) Operation coordination
• DDC NL1 order status tracking
• DDC NL2 order status tracking including internal transfer
• Daily DDC inventory monitoring
• Daily Mexico shipment monitoring
• Weekly DDC pipeline confirmation tracking
• Track and monitor DDC orders and inventory contributions to maximize DDC efficiency
• Work with systems and tools such as GERP, GSCP, OLAP

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University
• Rising Junior or Senior in Bachelor's degree program
  
• Supply Chain/Business/Economics related major is preferred
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical and well organized
• Proficiency in Global Demand Management systems, CPFR tools, and Tableau reporting a plus
• Forecasting, Inventory Management, ERP system experience a plus
