The Opportunity:

An Associate Product Manager, responsible for assisting team leader in creating new product / technology products for the B2B verticals and providing strategic direction to the R&D Team

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates promotions based on competitive analysis, channel WOS, profitability, and market trend. Monitors and constructs monthly simulation of sales deduction for net sales and SD% estimation. Reviews detailed level of sell out by end user and appropriates price deltas for calculation accruing monthly lump sums. Review and manage sales program escalations from A/R and SFM team and factor appropriately into deductions. Review PRM and appropriate price levels for new SKUs or adjustments needed for old skus. Maintain correct standard operating process for B2B GERP order process (risk review, VRB, Award Request).  

Demand Planning
o     Pre- Order: Sales Communication (Product Lead Time, Updated SKU Information, etc…)
o     PO (Disty EDI, Sales - Order Desk) : Consolidation and Input for GDMI
o     MPO (Manual Purchase Order) - To OEM factory 
o     Product Tracking  (From Factory - Local Warehouse - Customer Delivery) 
o     Managing Delivery of Accessories + Spare Part that is excluded from BOM
Sales Program management
o    Build effective sales program/ promotions based for products based on WOS, availability, and market trend information
o    Data management of pricing & promotional Database
o    Monitor / review annual/ quarterly Trade Term (MDF / VIR) for channel customers
o    Sales deduction simulation reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)- based on program accruals by deduction type, and all other factors 
o    Claims verification from A/R
•    Claims escalations that require PM approval for additional program (all promotions)
•    Appropriating product level based splits, balance checks based by program and month, shortage calculation
o    Weekly and Monthly input of SD % into NPT for updated ROFO
o    Monthly budget approval request to HQ /C- Level management
Data management and file creation
o    Create weekly report of sales / sell-out / sales program by customer (Channel PSI)
o    Monthly/ quarterly accrual simulation file based on CH PSI and detailed sell out analysis 
o    Monthly Price Sheet / Bid desk / COI (Profitability) too
o    Monthly MP Sales deduction file
Pipeline (SalesForce) Management
o    Risk Review
o    VRB – Request, Review and Approval request and follow up
o    Award Request – Review and Approval
o    General management for FAQs on bids, balance, over dues, new products, and 
Pricing Management
o    New model pricing creation based on COI analysis and comp. market
o    Price sheet creation / management
    Monthly MSRP/ Disty Price Sheet 
•    Update new SKUs , Specs, EOL, and availability 
•    Bid Desk Level price sheet 
•    COI / MP Price tool updates
    Any new pricing will require: GERP price registration for RRP and CP Level
o    Review of price escalation from Bid desk

Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher
•    1-3 years of experience in Technical Product Management, R&D Strategic Planning, B2B Business, Finance (recommended but not required)
•    Proficient, high level skills in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
•    Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
•    Effective communication abilities with multiple parties within LG (sales, A/R, SFM, etc...)
•    Preferred  Bilingual communication skills in English and Korea
•    Travel up to 20%


Pay range $53,000-77,000, In addition to base pay this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan
