That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as an AR Collections Coordinator located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer account status and following guidelines on releasing customer orders entered in the system
• Control and maintain the collection of current and past due invoices
• Research and investigate reason for non-payment and obtain necessary documentation / information to provide to customer in order to support collection
• Request debit memo copies from customer in order to research and determine validity for credit memo processing
• Manage collection of invalid chargebacks
• Work directly with customer and internal departments to have credit memo processed to offset open account
• Weekly reporting to sales, management on outstanding issues including but not limited to aged unpaid invoices, chargebacks

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years of relative work experience
