We are presently searching for a Community Manager for our London Studio. The Community Manager is responsible for oversight and direction of the functions associated with the studio, including visitor reception, community partnerships, client activity, and studio leadership support.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Acts as the office ambassador by responding to outside inquiries, managing and directing phone traffic, and interacting with visitors and guests. Assists and sets up meeting/conference rooms for audio/video presentations. Writes, edits, and proofreads correspondences, presentations, and meeting materials. Directs office operations including interfacing with building management and office-related vendors. Key contact for procurement and management of all office/consumable supplies; including food and catering orders. Coordinates office calendar by maintaining meeting schedules and reserves, prepares and breaks down conference rooms for meetings. Attend networking and industry events, tracking and logging opportunities, and generating reports. Researches prospects and participates in the development of business proposal strategies. Coordinates accounts payable and accounts receivable functions (may include invoicing, collections, monitoring expense reimbursements, and tracking delinquent accounts). Responsible for overall office appearance by maintaining copy rooms, kitchens, and lobby.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years in a professional office environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiar with commercial interior architecture and design business concepts. Advanced MS Office application skills, including Outlook and PowerPoint. Intermediate skills using an automated accounting system, preferably Deltek/Advantage. Proven ability to act on behalf of senior managers with diplomacy and grace. Working knowledge of budget preparation and proven ability to manage within budgetary constraints. Proven ability to prioritize and complete diverse projects from multiple sources. Working knowledge of the corporate real estate, commercial interior architecture, and/or design industry. Interest in marketing concepts, principles, and strategies Demonstrated effectiveness working in groups and contributing ideas and opinions toward the achievement of a common goal.
