Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Lead Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize subject matter expertise in engineering – specifically, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering to assist the Government in delivering solutions for Border Patrol and Air & Marine Operations facilities and towers.
• Coordinate and participate in the preparation of field drawings and diagrammatic sketches to be provided to designers for incorporation into new or revised plans and specification for the projects
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Architect, Civil/Structural/Transportation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree Required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) or more years of experience is required.
• Professional Engineering license preferred
• Experience with Federal Government facility construction standards and vertical construction (i.e. Buildings).
• Experience in communication and/or video surveillance tower construction and assessments.
