Eagle Harbor, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Acquisition Specialist SME to provide support to a major government acquisition program in Washington, DC. 

Candidates will be part of a team of personnel delivering Program and Acquisition Management, Integrated Logistics, Financial Management, and Integrated Performance Management professional support services.        

Responsibilities:

  • Provide shipbuilding acquisition support to the government acquisition manager for all phases of the acquisition cycle, from transition to sustainment, post-delivery and the beginning stages of construction.
  • Apply knowledge of “Analyze/Select and Obtain Phases” of the USCG Major Systems Acquisition Manual (MSAM) process.
  • Develop and deliver briefings as required to provide the results of any analysis performed.
  • Maintain metrics and reports for distribution to government management.
  • Maintain a current status of all acquisition activities and performs analysis on the delivery performance.
  • Ensure Program risk areas (cost, schedule or performance) are appropriately identified, and assess suitability of proposed risk management approaches.
  • Develop recommendations for corrective actions when program activity warrants correction.
  • Support various project actions and activities to include meetings, milestone planning, risk management, and decision document preparation.

 

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Fifteen (15) years Supporting Major Shipbuilding Acquisition Programs.
  • DHS/DAWIA PM Level III certification.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
