Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD).

 

Qualified candidates will be expected to provide support for the monitoring, oversight, and functionality of the NSWC PCD Managers’ Internal Control (MIC) program related to Annual Plan & Assessable Unit (AU) Inventory Support.  

 

Responsibilities include but not are limited to:

 

    • Support the NSWC PCD MIC Program Manager with updating program objectives statements annually.
    • Verify and update the inventory of Assessable Units (AUs) in accordance with local organizational requirements, as well as NSWC Headquarters and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) required AUs.
    • Verify and update AU Managers for each assessable unit.
    • Support development of the MIC plan based on the above actions.

 

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree (degree in Business or related field is preferred).
  • Minimum of nine (9) years of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Skill using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 5200.35G preferred.
