Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Sr. Management Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD).

Qualified candidates will be expected to provide research, analytical, data management, documentation, and customer support for various NSWC PCD offices.  

Responsibilities include but not are limited to:

• • Analyze and provide written reports to the Government regarding the effectiveness of line program operations.
  • Analyze life cycle costs of projects and provide written reports.
  • Develop draft program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Support Government personnel in the development and drafting of “white papers” for Government submission and use.
  • Generate and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Research matters of non-proprietary financial, personnel, or administrative procedures and develop draft responses for Government approval.
  • Collect information from management databases to support ongoing projects.
  • Interface as required with the NSWC PCD Budget and Accounting Offices.
  • Archive official records as needed.
  • Draft periodic ad hoc reports for Government approval

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen
• SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree (degree in Business or related field is preferred).
• Minimum of nine (9) years of related experience
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Skill using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
