IPFS is hiring an Acceptance Associate to support our team in the West region. Position duties are outlined below:

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Reviews documentation submitted by brokers for accuracy and completeness for funding purposes.
  • Creates accounts and actions endorsements within the Service Level Agreement communicated to the customers.
  • Liaises with internal associates, external vendors and customers regarding finance documentation.
  • Generates required daily and monthly reports.
  • Assists account managers with documentation.
  • Updates and maintains internal systems.
  • Completing administrative activities associated with serving customers, including accessing information and communicating transaction details.
  • Assists with other related tasks and duties as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or a combination of post-secondary education and work experience
  • Minimum of one year working in the financial or banking industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management & organization skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, and ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Confident personality, comfortable in dealing with clients and other employees.

The salary range for this position is $32,755 - $42,000, plus an annual bonus opportunity. If an offer is made, the pay rate determinations will take into account relevant market data and the applicant’s prior experience, education and other qualifications directly related to the position to ensure internal equity.
