Job Summary:
The Sales Development Program is an 8-to-14-month rotational program, designed to prepare Associates for a position within the sales organization of a financial services company. Each Associate will be provided with a high level of visibility, involvement in strategic assignments and the opportunity to become a key player in the Premium Finance industry.
This position will begin working in Kansas City at our corporate offices. Depending on business need this Associate will spend time rotating though various internal and external sales functions as well as learning the operations side to help effectively understand the process and procedure of the company. During the program, the Associate will assist in developing and implementing strategies to retain and penetrate existing customer relationships, while working in conjunction with our Sales Executives to assist in developing new relationships.
As part of the development process, each Associate will be provided with a series of soft skill training seminars and a mentor to help navigate through the various departments of IPFS Corporation. The goal is to prepare each Sales Development Associate with the skills necessary to roll off into a full-time position within the sales organization.
