Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for 22 years. We are currently looking for an Director of Enterprise Solutions to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Director of Enterprise Solutions shall perform current state documentation and assessment of OPM Enterprise Architecture.

  • Work with OPM stakeholders and review existing deliverables to conduct a current state assessment for enterprise architecture framework and enterprise IT governance.
  • The current state assessment shall include developing an inventory of key enterprise applications.
  • Develop a catalog of applications, interfaces and the diagrams and matrices that describe their interaction at the enterprise level.
  • Perform a high-level assessment of Enterprise Architecture (EA) maturity using industry-leading frameworks such as the Enterprise Architecture Management Maturity Framework (EAMMF) and the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) or similar leading framework as part of the current state assessment.
  • Design major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure, collaborating with OPM stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with defined standards.
  • Ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained as per OPM’s ITSM standards
  • Serve as the go-to architect with accountability for end to end execution and the completion of all required architecture, roadmap deliverables.
  • Support tasks involved in getting the Authority to Operate (ATO) and Security Assessment & Authorization (SA&A)

Work Experience:

  • 15 or more years of experience in a technical environment and specialized expert knowledge in the areas of system design, engineering, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance business processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams along with demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management skills.

Experience needed:

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in all aspects of the large-scale Enterprise Architecture projects, including planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of the solution.
  • Working knowledge of main Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF and DODAF.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university.
