DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but are not limited to the following areas and activities.  At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described below.

· To prepare all working documents related to administration of the Human Resources Department.

· Handle all matters relating to attendance and leaves.

· Handle team travel off resort logistically (travel bookings/MAT - Planes, boats.) and in the financial process.

· Handle the delivery of team member recreational events and specific welfare programs (i.e. sports competitions, employee functions etc.).

· Handle team accommodation related matters.

· Handle all phones and team members’ queries.

· Organize team member personal filing & manage the archive system.

· Maintain an update database of team members on the HRIS.

· Assist in the payroll process.

· Provide quality secretarial and clerical services to the Human Resources team.

· Manage stationary, equipment and sundries provision for the Human Resources Department.

· Responsible for repairs of materials & equipment in the Human Resources office.

· Entry of new team member information of the HRIS and creation of personal file.

· Assist in the welcoming & provide guidance to all new employees.

· Ensure smooth exit for departing employees by providing all required information and assisting in the process.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

KEY RESULTS AREAS

· Communication between Human Resources team & other departments

· Administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, Assistant Human Resources Manager

 

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The above key result areas will be assessed using the following performance indicators:

· Zero errors in record/database maintenance

· On time delivery of team requests

· On time attentiveness to team accommodation requirements  

· Internal Communication Indicators

· Employee satisfaction ratings concerning Human Resources services
