Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Accountable Property Specialist to join our Team in Arlington, VA to conduct various property accountability and administrative support as required to support the Management Services Division 

Position Responsibilities:

• Generate reports in the property management and financial management systems

• Develop and maintain logs and databases to track accountable property

• Analyze information to identify issues and isolate problems

• Prepare statistical evaluation of program performance related to various operations

•  Provide administrative support to the Property Management Office

• Prepare correspondence related to program issues for higher-level signature

• Prepare a variety of presentations for senior management briefings

• Process various types of customer inquiries and documentation

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Minimum 1 year of experience with accountable property management

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 

Preferred Qualifications:

• DoD supply/logistics experience

Security Requirements:

• Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. 
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. 
  • Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
