As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising assigned manufacturing production activities, including production output, quality, safety, materials, department goals, and coaching and developing the hourly workforce.
Primary Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or considerable manufacturing experience (minimum five years)
· 2+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving results and developing subordinates
· Excellent problem-analysis and critical thinking abilities
· Experience working within teams and a demonstrated commitment to Customer Service
· Outstanding reliability, with strong planning and organizational skills
· Ability to drive improvements within the organization and coach/develop others to achieve goals
· Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, decision-making, adapting, and meeting deadlines
· Outstanding communication, collaboration and conflict management
· Ability to travel to other NVR plants and locations, as needed
