Shearwater Systems, LLC (Shearwater), a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Requirements Analyst with a Secret Clearance in Montgomery, AL.  We are currently searching for both a Senior level and Journeyman level.

Position Overview:  Support our team through life cycle support of the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio, Cargo and Personnel Movement Product Line Family of Systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. Successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience to document, manage and help prioritize system requirements for multiple IT systems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the requirements process for assigned programs, while maintaining compliance
• Assists the Lead Functional in elaborating, analyzing, creating and maintaining the Requirement Identification Documents (RIDs), Change Requests (CRs), and Functional Specifications/Business Use Cases in the appropriate requirements management system(s)
• Maintains Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and associated test cases in the appropriate requirements management system(s)
• Participate in Functional Requirements Board (FRB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), and/or Sprint plans
• Assists FRBs and weekly status meetings according to the applicable FRB charter
• Helps build and maintain Functional Baseline Business Models and Logical models to match the version of each program
• Assists the Project Test Manager and Project Manager and performs system testing as required
• Reviews test descriptions to ensure they accurately test the validity of software requirements
• Provide functional support to the field testers and program management personnel to resolve problems during the review and execution of test descriptions
• Support Government testing, including SDC testing for all versions
• Track requirements, test management, problem and discrepancy reports, problem/ resolution, and SANs
• Conducts user training as needed

Journeyman Position Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Active Secret Clearance 
• H.S. Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related technical degree may substitute for Three years’ experience; Masters may substitute for additional Two years’ experience
• Eight years’ experience in supporting similar operations
• Tools experience or familiarity with:  Jira, Jira Service Management, Remedy, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Structured Query Language (PL/T SQL), SQL*plus, SQL*Net, data query, SQL Developer, Oracle Top Link; Microsoft Office Suite
• Certifications: System Testing & Evaluation Specialist-Basic per DoD 8140.03M

Senior Position Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related technical degree; Masters may substitute for Two years’ experience
• Seven plus years’ experience in supporting similar operations
• Tools experience or familiarity with:  Jira, Jira Service Management, Remedy, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Structured Query Language (PL/T SQL), SQL*plus, SQL*Net, data query, SQL Developer, Oracle Top Link; Microsoft Office Suite
• Certifications: System Requirements Planner-Basic per DoD 8140.03M
