This is a remote position, open to candidates based in the US.

About the Opportunity.
You will lead a small and dynamic team to grow income generation, from a diverse portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI’s).
This primary audience includes:
Partnering with the Chief Development and Marketing Officer (CDMO), CEO, Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees, you will work with RI’s existing donors, identify new prospective donors and work with the team on the development of a short, mid, and long-term strategy for income growth.
This strategy will build on Relief International’s existing donor base and activities that work to bring in revenue, grow RI’s donor file and grow our brand globally. You will work closely with the Communications Team to create a range of tailored proposals for major donors and create a strong case for unrestricted support. As an organization who provides immediate humanitarian assistance, in addition to meeting the longer term needs of communities in crisis, you will need to be flexible and adapt work plans when large humanitarian emergencies take place.
