We are a family owned and operated grain-pulse cleaning facility looking for warehouse team members with great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and/or independently.

Position:  Full-Time 40 hours/week, plus occasional overtime.  Shift hours have potential to be flexible but are usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Compensation:  $16.66/hr. rate with no experience.  Compensation is based on job performance.  Performance, raises and promotions are available.

Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

Timely attendance and begin working at the start of scheduled shift. Communicate and coordinate with other employees prior to start of shift.

Operate processing and/or packaging machinery, follow quality control measures for all product(s), sew product bags shut, organizing, accurate labeling of product(s), shipping & receiving, complete all documentation/paperwork before end of shift each day.

Candidates should have:

  -  Warehouse experience preferred or be trainable.

  -  Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred or be trainable.

  -  Forklift Certificate or be trainable.

  -  Possess good organizational skills.

  -  Be detail oriented.

  -  Must work efficiently.

  -  Self-Discipline:  Able to follow directions, receive input and, be a self-starter.

  -  Use good and clear communication skills between team members and management.

  -  Be able to adapt to changing workloads.

  -  Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

  -  Prior grain or legume processing experience may be required for "Processing Position".

Qualification:

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
