Pay: $19.25 per hour, or more, depending on experience.
Schedule: The regular schedule will be 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri, with frequent need to work evening and weekend hours to execute events.

Position Summary:
The Community Events Coordinator is responsible for company-wide community events including in-store and offsite events for Powell’s Books and is the primary point of contact for organizing and managing partnerships. This role involves working with a variety of internal and external partners, securing event locations, and coordinating logistics to ensure successful events. The Community Events Coordinator will also manage communications and partnerships to foster community engagement and drive business goals. This position is part of the marketing team and reports to the Retail Marketing & Partnerships Manager.
