The People and Organization Communities of Expertise (COE) sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion. Our Talent Programs Co-op/Intern opportunity allows you the chance to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR.
You'll work individually—and as part of a team—to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of talent disciplines including visual presentation creation, recruitment marketing content creation (flyers, booklets), talent branding and promotion, and campus recruitment.
The program’s primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry.
