Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for 20 years. We are currently looking for a Data Quality Engineer to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyzes and tests relevant datasets for client business needs, and reports findings.
· Leverages innovative models for data analysis and testing.
· Analyzes data for trends and patterns, and interprets data with clear objectives.
· Utilizes algorithms and models to analyze data stores.
· Performs data and error analysis to improve models.
· Validates data for uniformity and accuracy.
· Implements analytical models by collaborating with software developers and machine-learning engineers.
· Assists with the creation and execution of procedures to ensure that delivered products and services meet organization quality standards and end-user requirements.
· Activities will include the design and execution of product tests to ensure proper function and freedom from defects.
· Works with other technical staff to document developed quality assurance procedures, test results, and recommendations for fault correction.
· Cooperates with other personnel and system owners/users to analyze complex workflows and develop recommendations for quality-related improvements.Translates system requirements into quality criteria, quality metrics, and quality data collection procedures.
· Provides input for acceptance decisions for system implementations.
· Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles; contribute to testability & quality of software developed by IT developers, as required.
· Participate in planning/review/retrospective activities and help to adjust processes, environments, tools, etc., in order to make project teams more effective and capable of producing higher quality deliverables tightly aligned with business needs.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Information Technology (IT) Data Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst or Engineer. Must demonstrate or must include two to three years of experience with automated testing tools and knowledge of QA principals and IT disciplines.
· Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
· Experience with Databricks.
· Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).Strong verbal and technical writing skills to clearly communicate data findings and support executive level briefings.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering outstanding quality and meeting established deadlines.
· Proven ability to work within agile frameworks, such as SAFE, Scrum and Kanban, to support the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with team members from diverse backgrounds. Experience working within a professional service environment supporting Federal clients.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Microsoft Azure certification(s).
· Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) cerification(s).
· Databricks certification(s).
· Experience working with health insurance data, health insurance carriers, or within the healthcare industry.
· Experience working with Federal Agencies, such as the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Social Security Administration (SSA), United States Postal Service (USPS), Department of Labor (DOL) or National Finance Center (NFC).

Clearance Requirements:
· Must be US Citizen and have the ability to obtain OPM Public Trust Clearance.
