I hereby certify that I have not knowingly withheld any information that might adversely affect my chances for employment and that the answers given by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I hereby agree that should an employment offer be extended to me and accepted that I will fully adhere to the policies, rules, and regulation of employment of ROHM Semiconductor. However, I further understand that the policies, rules, regulations of employment and/or anything said during the interview process shall not be deemed to constitute the terms of an implied employment contract. I further understand that any offer of employment is contingent upon my providing proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
I understand that all employment at ROHM Semiconductor USA, LLC is “at will.” This means that both employees and the Company have the right to terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause. Employees also may be demoted and the terms of their employment may be altered at any time, with or without cause, at the discretion of the Company. No one other than the President, or appointee, has the authority to alter this arrangement, to enter into an agreement for employment for a specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to this policy, and any such agreement must be in writing and must be signed by the Company’s President and by me.
