Please read and carefully understand each of the following statements. Kelmar Associates, LLC (Kelmar) encourages you to seek clarification from an authorized Kelmar representative as to any of these statements or provisions BEFORE you sign this document.

• I understand that within the first three (3) working days of my employment I must provide proof of employment authorization, proof of identity, and verify employment authorization by signing INS Form I-9.  Failure to do so in accordance with the rules established under the Immigration Reform and Control Act may result in immediate termination of my employment. I further understand that Kelmar participates in the E-Verify Program administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and that Kelmar will provide the Social Security Administration and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security, with information from my Form I-9 to confirm work authorization. I also understand that Kelmar may use E-Verify’s photo matching tool to match the photograph appearing on some permanent resident and employment authorization cards with the official USCIS photograph.

• Should I be employed by Kelmar, I understand and agree that my employment is for no stated term and is subject to termination at the will or Kelmar or myself, with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either Kelmar or myself.

• Should I be employed by Kelmar, I understand and agree that as a condition of my employment I will sign either a Non-Disclosure Agreement or a Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Developments Agreement to keep confidential certain proprietary and business information concerning Kelmar, its clients, its audit subjects, and its engagements.
