Truman Health Services is a NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home which provides the highest level of care and innovative treatment options for New Mexicans living with HIV, requiring gender services or seeking pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). We offer a variety of treatment services utilizing a holistic approach towards supporting our patients' medical, social, behavioral and mental health needs. Truman Health Services offers community engagement and support in education, outreach and testing services. Truman Health Services is seeking an experienced candidate to join our Community Health Resources Team.
UNM Truman Health Services is seeing a highly energetic, passionate and organized Project Coordinator to engage with the members of the University Health System and UNM Health system patients to work towards the elimination of hepatitis C. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in the design, implementation and evaluation of the University Health System-wide hepatitis C elimination strategy, working under the direct supervision of the Program Operations Director and assigned medical lead for the project.
