  • Assist with leave requests, and timesheet approvals
  • Work with supervisor on the tracking of employee leave time
  • Create benefit folder for new employees
  • Assist with the enrollment and termination of insurance coverage for staff
  • Preparing electronic ID cards of medical insurance for new employees
  • File timesheet and leave request forms
  • Assist with tracking of employee leave time
  • Help the HR team with special projects as needed.
  • Posting of Job Openings 



  • Candidate must be Detail Oriented
  • Must have advanced MS Excel skills
  • Requires analytical thinking skills and time management
  • Must be cooperative
  • Know how to take initiative, and think creatively
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Must be dependable and carry a professional demeanor
  • 15 hours minimum; M-F varied schedule
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
