IT Support Officer
We are currently recruiting an IT Support Officer to join our Information Technology (IT) team.
This is a full time hybrid position. You must be able to commute into the Washington DC office, US, 5 days a week.

About the Opportunity.
RI is seeking an IT Support Officer, to join the team in Washington DC. This is a critical role within the Global IT team, that provides technical assistance to RI’s staff members, to ensure optimal use of computer devices, office networks, and software solutions. Your responsibilities will be Tier-1 technical Support at the Global level
IT Support Ticketing System Management
Computer and Network Monitoring and Maintenance
Information Security Response
IT knowledge and user training
Safeguarding
