Position Summary:         

The Intern will support the Human Resources - Organizational Development and Training function by designing and developing training presentations, specifically e-Learning products. Intern will be responsible for ensuring that products are loaded onto the learning and content management system (DR+) and will administer and maintain the system for the duration of the internship.   This experience will build a training product portfolio, enable the application of ISD theory and methodology and provide experience with the development and implementation of a LCMS.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Use instructional design and development methodologies to create e-learning products.
• Use authorware to produce interactive, motivational and engaging training products.
• Support the implementation and administration of the LCMS.
• Help with special projects as needed.

Qualifications & requirements:

• An understanding of asynchronous delivery for global workforce
• Familiarization with development authorware required (specifically Articulate, Cornerstone on Demand).
• Familiarization with learning and content management systems.
• Dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, as well as part of a Team
• 20-30 hours minimum; M-F varied schedule
• Professional demeanor
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Second language desired

Salary : Unpaid, possible academic credit available
