We believe in the power of ideas and knowledge to help reimagine the world we live in, and to galvanize and guide effective action to bring it into being. Our work is grounded in a fundamental commitment to inclusion and equity.

Our teams based across Europe, India and the US help companies design and manage social impact strategies for their business, and we help funders and nonprofits develop strategies and deepen learning in ways that advance their missions. We also contribute knowledge and tools to help build the wider field, beyond our client advisory work.

Our team in Europe (based in Switzerland and in England) works with a wide range of clients across areas including health, economic development, education, and impact investing. Recent clients include the Catalytic Capital Consortium, CDC Group, Lego Foundation, Mars, Medicines for Malaria Venture, and Rainforest Alliance.
