Currently we are seeking multiple Logistics Apprentice individuals at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD supporting multiple program offices/organizations.  This position supports Deputy Assistant Program Managers, Logistics (DAPMLs), other logistics team members, IPT members, functional Logistics Element Managers (LEMs), Fleet Support Teams, and other military services, including Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs) and commercial repair activities as necessary. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs various entry level tasks by assisting with the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems. Works with junior, journeyman, and senior logisticians learning how maintainability programs and maintenance control organizations operate and resolve issues. Assist with collections, compilations, analyzes, investigations, and research efforts. Assist with development, modification, preparation, and validation of documentation.

Customer Service:
· Interface with various Government and Commercial Stakeholders in performance of duties and in the resolution of
  issues. 

· Represent the Logistics Team or IPT at the ILS Working Groups, Logistics Products and Process Reviews, Integrated
  Logistics Assessments, Milestone Reviews, Maintenance Working Groups, Operational Capability Supportability 
  Reviews, etc., in support of the program. 

· Assist with the preparation of presentations to customers/stakeholders and logistics related meetings in order to
  address support posture and logistics requirements/implementation.  

Qualifications:
• Must be a U. S. Citizen.
• Must have the ability to obtain/hold a Secret security clearance.
• Associates Degree or higher.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:
• Some Sustainment and Acquisition program office experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
• Natural ability for Team building and coordination.

Pay Range: $60K to $80K
