Currently Corsair is seeking Military Fixed-Wing/TACAR Pilot Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play an integral role in the development of F-35 Lightning II pilot training in Fort Worth, TX.  Part-time schedules as well as full-time will be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Leverage current tactical experience to support the development of common and service-unique pilot training for the F-35 aircraft.
• Analyze F-35 aircraft and weapons systems to determine pilot training requirements.
• Provide expertise on pilot training techniques, philosophy and evaluation.
• Produce Instructional System Design (ISD) documents for academic, training device and flight instruction.
• Produce courseware for academic instruction.
• Report tasks planned and accomplished.
• Research technical documents in support of deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ military tactical aviation (AV-8B, F-35, F-15, F-16, F-18, F-22 preferred) or Electronic Countermeasures Officer experience.
• Operational squadron training instructor experience (Training Officer, SME, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of operational squadron operations department and maintenance department interfaces.
• Weapons school graduate/instructor a plus.
• Experience/knowledge of current military Training and Readiness programs.
• Military courseware development/production experience highly desired, including Photoshop skills.
• Experience with joint and/or combined operations a plus.
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Adobe Captivate desired.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Must be a US citizen and currently have, or be qualified to hold a Secret/SCI eligible clearance.
